What an incredible year! 🙌
Throughout 2021, although challenging at times, the Diversity Sync'd team took some huge steps towards our goal of revolutionising the community services sector.
The one we are most proud of, however, is that WE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED 🚀
Since this release in May 2021, we have innovated our shift notes, hardened our database security, increased our user permissions and added word document templates and automatic incident report registers.
In addition to this, we also:
⚡ Gained two major clients, the incredible Thrive House & Kin Care Services
⚡ Launched our comprehensive help centre
⚡ Refreshed the company website design and functionality
⚡ Went to the Regional Disability Expo’s in both Golden Beach and Hervey Bay
⚡ Gave away a $200 gift card to the lovely Karla from Community Access Care
⚡ Expanded our development and marketing teams with Daniel and Eden
Thank you for following our journey so far, we have many exciting updates on their way in the new year (hint: think instant messaging, data reporting and real time notifications 😉)
We also have plans to get back into the community by taking part in some charitable events (reach out if you would like to take part too).
Another big thank you to our supportive clients, you are making such important changes to so many lives.
